In accordance with section 190 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, please take notice that the Town of Bishop’s Falls is offering for sale a parcel of land located in front of the Public Works Depot at 28 A Riverside Drive. The land has a frontage of approximately 27.50 meters and a depth of approximately 37 meters. Please note that a survey will be provided with the sale, and the final land dimensions may vary slightly from those outlined in this notice. This land is located in a Residential Medium Density Zone.
The reserve bid is $50,000.00 plus HST, deed and survey.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Riverside Drive Land Sale” and must be received before 3:00 pm NFLD on January 5, 2026, by mail or personal delivery to the following address:
