The RiverFest Committee is seeking quotes for two separate service areas related to the opening dinner on the evening of July 30, 2026, at the Lions Club in Bishop’s Falls. First, quotes are requested for chef services, including preparing and plating 150 salmon dinners with a mussels appetizer and dessert, with a chicken breast option available as a substitute. Second, interested persons may also submit a separate quote for optional service support, including serving plated meals, cleaning tables after the meal, washing and sorting dishes, and cleaning the Lions Club kitchen. All quotes must be submitted by 12:00 pm on May 11, 2026, via the following link.
